We will bring The Hat Factory Xpress® hat bar directly to your wedding, private party, corporate event, trade show or festival. Our mobile high-end customization service and wide selection give your guests something they will remember and talk about.
What We Offer:
- On-Site Customization: We bring our hat bar and our equipment to your event, allowing your guests to choose and personalize their own hats and accessories. We can put virtually any text, logo, design, image, photo or even "figment of your imagination"-in full vibrant color- on any of our products on-the-spot. If you can dream it, we can create and personalize our products with it while you wait.
- Interactive Design Experience: Guests can engage with our team to create custom designs, making the experience both fun and interactive.
- High-Quality Products: Our products are crafted with premium materials and your guests will notice. All the hat brands we carry are well known. We also customize shot glasses, stickers, wall art, golf balls, ball markers, lacrosse balls, poker chips, canvas (which can be mounted and framed on-the-spot), flasks and bar equipment, leather goods, ornaments, holiday items and more. We will tailor our selection to your specifications.
- Flexible Packages: Choose from a variety of customization options to fit your event's needs and budget. Our premium service is a fully open Hat Bar. The base service is a limited open Hat Bar in which each guest can choose a specified limited quantity set by you. $30–$40 per person for our base service, hat included.
How It Works:
- Choose Your Date: Use our booking calendar to select the date and time for your event.
- Tell Us About Your Event: Fill out the booking form and let us know the details and any specific requests or themes you may desire.
- Receive Confirmation: Our team will review your request and get back to you with a proposal containing package options and set a date and time to discuss your event.
- Lock in: Forward us the deposit and service agreement and we will formally reserve your date.
