Returns

Everything we sell is made for you after you order, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on any item, including blank hats.

Defects

If your order arrives with a defect, or we made a mistake on it, email us at info@laserfocusedxpressions.com with your order number and a photo. We'll repair or replace it.

Custom orders and proofs

You can request changes to a custom design until you approve the proof. Production starts after approval, and the order can't be changed or canceled after that.
