A custom Richardson 112 trucker hat with your design on the front: a laser-engraved leather or leatherette patch, SolidCore Embroideryโข, or full-color UV printing. One hat or four hundred, no minimum and no setup fee. Designed and made in Avon Lake, Ohio, just west of Cleveland.

Choose real leather or leatherette. Send us a name, a logo, a date or a sketch, and we engrave it into the patch and press it onto the front panel.

About the cap
The Richardson 112 is the classic trucker: a structured six-panel front with a seam down the center, a plastic mesh back, an adjustable snapback and a cotton sweatband. 124 colorways. XL (adjustable snapback) comes only in Black, Black/Charcoal, Heather Grey/Black and Heather Grey/White.
112 or 112FP?
The seam. The 112 has one down the center of the front panel; the 112FP does not. Mostly it's preference, but the seam can change how a patch sits. Send us the artwork and we'll tell you which one we'd put it on. If the 112 has always sat a touch tall on you, the Richardson 115 is the same hat with a lower crown.
