The hat I asked them to create looks amazing. Itโs very well made and exactly how I wanted it. It has a leather patch with an engraved design. Thank you for the wonderful work!
The process was so easy and the hats came out great!
Excellent communication with seller. Quality work and on time delivery
I bought a 112 from their booth at the IX center in Cleveland - quick and professional. I decided to order another hat for a friend recovering in the hospital at the time. The owner contacted me personally to ensure the hat was designed with the upmost attention, and my friend was beyond happy to receive it. 10/10 business. So great to see that good people are still out here in the world today!
My son is obsessed with his hat! He loves the chain rope as well! Thank you for great customer service!
OMG My husband absolutely loved this cap. They were sooo helpful in finding exactly what type of cap I was looking for and shipping was sooo fast. Definitely will use them again
Fast, Courteous, Great communication and overall great experience.
Had a great experience. Placed a multiple hat order for our group and they were able to customize our artwork and come up with multiple mock-ups for us to have the members choose. Accurate, fast and communicative!
Definitely would recommend!
Fits great!! Looks great!!! Got alot of compliments!!!
Amazing! Favorite hat going to order more soon
I am so proud to wear my baseball cap with my exact logo imprinted on a leather patch with a bamboo effect. This is so unique--one of it's kind. The quality of the cap is excellent, and the workmanship on the patch is superb. Thank you Laser Focused Crafts for your attention to detail and swift response.
I absolutely love the dog bandana with Pearl's name in script on a leather patch. It is beautiful, and the quality is outstanding. I can't wait to give it to the puppy whom I groom. I know her owner will be over the moon with it. Thank you for beautiful, quality work and attention to detail. I loved how I was able to select the patch and font I wanted.
Therese & company are fantastic people to work with!! Highly recommend going thru Laser Focused Crafts for your hat needs! I have zero regrets!
We placed and order (quiet significant in size). I even left options open for Laser Focused to choose and every single bandana was perfect. The quality and craftsmanship was 5 stars. I highly would recommend.
Easy to customize gift that arrived on time. The recipients loved them. Would order again.
These bowls turned out perfect. They are a good size, easy to clean, and beautiful!
It's a very rare thing to come across anyone who can do color laser engraving on leather for a hat patch. Thank you for the amazing work done on both hats.
My Historical Society hat was better than I could have ever imagined!
We got in a bind and submitted a late order for 100 hats. The hats arrived less than a week after ordering and they look great! Thank you for the quick response!
