Can I give the Hat Genie a picture or my logo?

Yes. Add a picture, paste a link to one, or tell it the website it's on, and the Hat Genie designs from it.

Can the Hat Genie design on the hat I already picked?

Yes. Pick your hat on our build page, tap the Hat Genie, and it designs on that exact hat. Otherwise it picks the hat that fits your idea from the hats we carry, and you can switch it with “Change the hat”.

Can you turn my ChatGPT image into a real hat?

Yes. Send us the image you made and we redraw it as artwork a real hat can carry, then combine finishes on one hat so it reads the way your picture does. There is no minimum and no setup fee.

How close will the hat be to my AI image?

Most, if not all, of the details that make it yours carry over. Some things an AI image shows cannot be reproduced on a real hat, like text too small to stay readable, and when that happens we tell you before we make it, not after.

Can embroidery handle an AI image with gradients?

Yes. We finish AI hats in SolidCore Embroidery™: it looks and feels like stitched work and keeps color and fine detail. Where your picture needs more, we combine finishes on one hat to get the closest match.

What do I need to send you?

The image, and any notes about what matters to you. Any size is fine as long as it is clear enough to see the detail. If you have a colorway in mind, or a cap you want it on, say so. JPG, PNG or PDF. A screenshot from your phone works too.

Can you make just one?

Yes. No minimum, even just 1. No setup fee.

How much does it cost?

Designing with the Hat Genie™ is free. AI hats start at $45 for one hat: a simple front patch up to 2.5″ × 2.5″. A full-size front design is $65. Paid when you order. Order more of the exact same hat and the price drops: the $65 hat is $55 each for 2–4, $48 each for 5–9 and $41 each for 10+.

How much is a hat from my own AI image?

Upload your AI image and we price it the same way as a Hat Genie™ design: starting at $45, based on what's on the hat. Order more of the same hat and each one costs less.

Why does a custom AI hat cost more than a printed one?

Starts at $45. That covers redrawing your AI image as artwork a hat can carry and choosing the finish that holds it. If the real hat needs to differ from your picture, we show you first. Both are real choices. If the design is simple, a print-on-demand hat does the job. If your image has gradients, fine lines or small text — and most AI art does — the detail is what you are paying to keep.

How long does it take?

If your hats are in stock, they typically ship in 1–3 business days. If not, we tell you the date.

Can I change things from my AI image, and what if something is wrong?

Yes. Message us right after you order and we'll change it before we start. Once we start making your hat it isn't returnable. If anything arrives defective, we repair or replace it.
