What is the Richardson 115?

A six-panel structured trucker cap with a plastic mesh back, an adjustable snapback and two size options. It is the lower-crowned version of the Richardson 112. Decoration goes on the front panel: an engraved leather or leatherette patch, SolidCore Embroidery™, or UV color printing for full-color artwork and photos.

How is it different from the Richardson 112?

The 115 is not as tall as the 112. That is the only difference between them. Same six-panel build, same center front seam, same mesh back, same snapback, and both take a patch the same way. A shorter crown sits closer to the head; if you have worn a 112 and always felt it was a touch tall on you, this is the one.

Will a patch sit flat on it?

The 115 has a seam down the center of the front panel, the same as the 112. On most designs you would never notice it. If you want a front panel with no seam at all, that is the five-panel Richardson 112FP. Send us the artwork and we will tell you which one we would put it on — that is part of the design help, and it costs nothing.

What does a custom Richardson 115 cost?
