Cleveland's mounted unit took delivery of two miniature horses this week — bought with help from the city's police foundation, and not for patrol work. Their whole job is to go out into neighbourhoods and be met by children, which is reason enough to put a horse on a hat.
There is no lettering on this one. It is just the horse, cut to its own outline in cherry hardwood — so it works as well for anyone who simply likes horses as it does for anyone who followed the story.
