Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Free local pickup is available in Avon Lake, Ohio or at CLE Unleashed. Select local pickup during checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready.
Shipping is also available for customers who are unable to pick up or are shipping a gift.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes. Many items can be customized with your dog’s name, phone number, colors, wording or other requested details. Available personalization options will be shown on each product page.
What information can I add to a collar or bandana?
Depending on the product, you may be able to add your dog’s name, your phone number, a short phrase or a simple logo or image. Enter the information exactly as you would like it to appear when placing your order.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the sizing information listed on each product page before ordering. For collars, measure around your dog’s neck where the collar normally rests. For bandanas, choose the size that best fits your dog’s neck and overall build.
When your dog falls between two sizes, choosing the larger size is usually recommended.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer full refunds for an incorrect size but we can provide a discount for your next purchase. All sizes are available to try on at CLE Unleashed if you are unsure.
How long will my order take?
Most in-stock personalized orders are completed within approximately 3–5 business days. Products or materials that are not currently in stock may require 1–2 weeks.
Production times may vary during holidays, special events and periods of high order volume.
What should I do if I have a special request?
Add your request in the order notes or contact Laser Focused Xpressions before ordering. We will let you know whether the requested colors, wording, artwork or customization can be accommodated.
