Thank you for applying for a Laser Focused Xpressions Trade Account. We are excited to work with professional hat makers, brands, and decorators who value quality, consistency, and reliable production.

Access to LFX Trade is by application and approval only. These terms outline the expectations and conditions for all approved trade partners.

Trade Account Eligibility & Approval

Trade accounts are approved at the sole discretion of Laser Focused Xpressions.
Approval may require submission of business documentation, including (but not limited to):

  • Resale certificate
  • Business license
  • Brand or business website / social presence

Laser Focused Xpressions reserves the right to deny or revoke trade access at any time if account requirements are not met or if terms are violated.

Minimum Order Requirements

At this time, there is no minimum order quantity or dollar minimum for approved trade accounts.

Minimums may apply to specific products or custom production runs and will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Placing Trade Orders

Once your application is approved:

  • You will receive login credentials to access the LFX Trade portal
  • Trade pricing, bulk tiers, and eligible products will only be visible while logged in

All trade orders must be placed through the LFX Trade portal at:

You must be logged into an approved trade account to view pricing or place orders.

Trade Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars
  • Trade pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved partners
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
  • Volume pricing may apply to select products and will be displayed when available

Trade pricing may not be advertised, shared, or disclosed publicly.

Payments & Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at checkout unless alternative terms are approved
  • We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Shipping

  • Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may apply to qualifying domestic orders and will be clearly indicated
  • Shipping timelines vary by product type and order volume

International orders are welcome; however:

  • Free shipping does not apply
  • Duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Production & Delivery Timing

Most trade orders are completed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Larger orders, custom patch production, or specialty items may require additional lead time. If timing is critical, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns & Order Issues

Due to the nature of trade and custom production:

  • All returns require prior authorization
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for approved non-defective returns
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Approved claims will be replaced or resolved at our discretion
  • Items held longer than 15 days may not be eligible for replacement

Brand Use & Resale Restrictions

Trade customers may not:

  • Represent themselves as Laser Focused Xpressions
  • Use LFX branding, logos, or product images without written permission
  • Resell LFX products as finished retail goods under the LFX name

Trade access is intended for professional production use only.

Account Termination

Laser Focused Xpressions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trade account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Misuse of trade pricing
  • Brand misuse
  • Failure to maintain eligibility requirements
