About this hat

Design it yourself, and see it before you buy.

Pick your state, type your word, and watch the plate draw itself on the hat. Your name, a nickname, a team, a business, a plate number that meant something, or an inside joke — up to eight characters, the way a real plate reads.

Many states have their real plate drawn — North Dakota, Massachusetts and Mississippi among them — so those show the state's own design. Every other state can still be picked, in that state's own colors, and there are vintage gold, black and navy finishes if you would rather have the look than the state.

Each hat is designed and made in our Avon Lake, Ohio studio on a premium trucker-style cap, with a full-color front patch. $30. No minimum, even just one.
