How We Met Buzz
We first met Buzz and Mrs. Buzz at the Cuyahoga County Fair, where they stopped by our booth. In true “Hat Factory Xpress™” style, we made Buzz a custom hat on the spot. He chose a Richardson 112 black and gold hat, paired with a patch we designed just for him. The look was sharp, bold, and perfectly fit his personality.
During our conversation, Buzz shared that he recently started a YouTube channel, chronicling his life and adventures in retirement. He mentioned wanting to launch a merch store for his growing audience—and that’s where we came in.
From Custom Hat to Full Merch Store
What started as a single hat turned into something much bigger. Working with Buzz, we designed and built an entire online merch store that connects directly to his YouTube account. Now his followers can shop official Buzz gear—from hats to apparel—all year long.
