For one weekend at the end of every summer the lakefront turns into a runway. Jets come in low over Lake Erie off Burke Lakefront Airport, the crowd tips its head back all along the shoreline, and downtown gets a soundtrack you feel in your chest. This year the Navy's demonstration squadron headlines and NASA's Glenn Research Center is on the ramp, September 5 through 7.
