The Hat Xpresser™ Pro is a dual-heat hat press designed for custom hat makers, patch businesses, embroidery shops, live event vendors, and small businesses that need stronger, more consistent patch application.

Unlike basic cap presses that only heat from the top, The Hat Xpresser™ Pro uses top and bottom heat to help activate adhesive more evenly through patches, seams, and structured hat fronts. That makes it especially useful for trucker hats, leatherette patches, DTF transfers, embroidered patches, sublimated patch blanks, and other heat-applied hat decorations.

Start with lower heat and pressure, then increase gradually until you get a strong bond without scorching, shrinking, wrinkling, or damaging the hat.
